  1. PREVENTION PROCEDURES
    1. IN ACCOMMODATIONS
      • This protocol is available for consultation at www.holidayalvor.com and in all apartments there is information on how to access the website
      • In all our apartments, all information on prevention against Covid19 will be exposed
    2. ACCOMMODATION STAFF RESPONSIBILITY LEVELS
      • Oneemployee to remove the clothes from the apartment, ventilate, collect garbage and carry out a first disinfection
      • Two employees to clean and make second disinfection tothe appartment
      • Oneemployee to receive customers
    3. HYGIENIZATION PLAN
      • When checking out and whenever possible, the apartment will be vacated between 2 to 3 hours. At the end of this period, an employee, duly protected, enters andwill open the windowns, the collection of all the clothes from the accommodation and a first disinfection with its own sprayed product. This product is triple-acting, bactericidal, fungicidal and virucidal and will be applied to all surfaces and will act for at least 15 minutes. Disinfectant product will also be applied to sofas, mattresses and curtains.
      • The removal of all clothing will be done without shaking, rolling it from the outside to the inside and not touching the body. It goes directly to its own bags and transported to be kept in its own containers, until they are delivered to the laundry service provider.
      • Then, the second team will perform the deep cleaning, including switches and bathroom and kitchen tiles, using bleach diluted with water, in the proportion of one bleach measure for 49 water measures. Only at the end of the cleaning will the beds be made, as well as the towels will be replaced.
      • The floor will be washed with bleach diluted with water in the proportion already described, and then the washing will be finished with normal detergent.
      • All mattress covers will be replaced, as well as the pillow covers.
      • After cleaning, the accommodation will be ventilated until the customer arrives.
    4. HYGIENE EQUIPMENT

      • Normal soap is available inside the appartment’s for frequent hand washing
  2. ISOLATION OF SUSPECTED COVID19
    1. ACTION PLAN
      • In case of suspected contamination by Covid 19, the guest must stay inside his / her room and immediately contact the Holiday Alvor agency or the emergency line 808242424. After making contact, you must wait for the medical personnel to arrive and only leave under their order.
    2. ACCOMMODATION DECONTAMINATION
      • The decontamination in case of confirmation of Covid 19, will be done according to the rules of the General Directorate of Health
      • The collection of waste produced by suspected or confirmed patients, will be made in plastic bags and sent to licensed operators for the management of hospital waste.
  3. PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

      • All our employees are equipped with personal protective material, masks, glasses and uniforms and have been trained accordingly
    2. CUSTOMERS
      • Our customers must take all precautions and can request protection masks for a fee.
